Our risk free 14 day return/exchange policy begins from the date the product shipment has been delivered or from the date of an in store purchase.
If 14 days have gone by since your in store purchase or shipment arrival, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and properly packed to insure no damage occurs to the item.
It is the customer's responsibility to verify the contents of the package at the time it is received, and to report any irregularities with the shipment or the product(s) received within 48 hours of the time it is signed for.
The client will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Custom Orders-All Sales Are Final
All custom orders are non refundable. This also includes any custom ring sizing.
Exchange/Credit(If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved then your exchange and associated store credit will be processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Clonts Jewelry reserves the right to refuse an exchange for any purchase made that does not match the above mentioned requirements.
